Coffee & Maple Syrup Glazed Turkey Bacon Recipe

CoffeeMapleBacon2A few weeks ago I bought a bottle of 100% Organic Maple Syrup for the first time – and it was an eye-opening experience. I’d never had the real stuff before and I fell in love with the subtler sweetness, not as overpowering as the fake stuff I’ve been using, and the just all over more mellow, natural taste. Cafe Mocha Nightcap Recipe

Cafe Mocha Nightcap

Its rich and decadent tasting, with a nice boozy kick, and, once again, super easy to make! (You may be noticing a pattern here – I’m a big fan of simple recipes with minimal ingredients).Read More Cafe Mocha Nightcap Recipe

Simple Irish Coffee Recipe

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Drinking a good old-fashioned Irish Coffee is a great way to celebrate today (or any day, Irish Coffee is delicious and makes a great nightcap all year long). This super yummy traditional coffee drink is surprisingly easy to make; you really only need 4 ingredients: a cup of coffee, a tablespoon of sugar, a shot of whisky, and a dollop of cream. Putting it all together is a breeze too (under 5 minutes; ten if you make your own whipped topping).Read More Simple Irish Coffee Recipe
