Hey guys! So, a few weeks ago, I bought cake flour instead of all-purpose flour for the first time and decided I wanted to experiment with it a bit. I've been wanted to make some espresso chocolate chocolate chip cookies for awhile now, so that's what I set out to do, except I substituted in cake flour instead of all-purpose flour. I noticed adding cake flour to the recipe gave the cookies a soft, dense, brownie-like texture to them, so that's what I'm calling them: Espresso Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies. Cafe Mocha Nightcap Recipe
One of my favorite things to do during the cold winter months is to add hot chocolate mix to my coffee and make a kind of improvised Cafe Mocha. The Cafe Mocha Nightcap recipe I want to share with you guys is essentially just making a rich hot chocolate and adding a shot of coffee booze, but it's perfect for cozy winter nights around the fire, alone or with company.
